Youth in the streets should not decide governments. They are so easily manipulated. Obama promised "change" and "hope" and gave us more endless wars. "European values" are a charade. We need to seek virtue. "Values" are just slogans.

Sorry, but idealism of youth aside, these kids are morons.

Georgia isn’t a European country nor EU member and never will be, and the OSCE found no major problems with the recent Georgian elections.

So in other words, these kids want “democratic, European values” while acting in a manner wholly incompatible with those values.

If they want to live in a “Democratic” country they need to learn to respect elections and those with opposing viewpoints.

the youth have always been targeted. be it the Communist Revolution, Québec Séparatiste, or Euro Maiden Revolution. they target youth because they are easy pushovers The majority know shit about history, politics, values... the list goes on and on....and are willing to do just about anything to push their limited scope objective. Only to grow up delusion by the whole process, giving up even before they know they gave up to the Owners who dealt them the cards. Ignorance isn't a virtue it's a death trap.

The yuff want visas to get jobs and live in 'nice' places. Its very very easy to win their loyalty.

I bet the youth in places outside Tbilisi are not quite so affected, it will be a social divide as well age. Lets face it to spend days wasting your time takes some financial backing even at a personal level. Poorer kids can't afford to do it, even if they were so minded, which I doubt they are.

The revolt of spoilt rich kids.

The young tend to want unlimited freedom, free money with no strings attached, and breaking the locks imposed by the Church, the State, the School, and the Parents. In a sense, they are just like youngsters everywhere. I remember some of my classmates were like that, although to a much lesser degree. However, for those mature enough to have stable marriages, two-parent families with kids, and maybe their own homes, the attitudes and opinions are inevitably different. Lowering the voting age to 18 is a disaster for so many countries.

And the youth think the West has values, and has something to offer them???

Can't they see that the EU is crumbling and that there is No Future for the EU or them???

Can't they see that because the Weat has No Values, that it is in self destruction mode???

Where were these youths at the last election which saw Georgia Dream win with a convincing victory???

Most youths are anti-democratic and creatures enthralled by NED (CIA) just like in Ukraine. No disturbance or regime change op, just as no terrorist acts occur without state sponsors.

If these youths are not stopped Georgia will go the way of The a Ukraine or Syria. I am unpleasantly surprised by the restraint shown by the elected government but then I remember that they are up against the entire Talmudic Satanist West and NATO and must proceed with caution and finesse.

You'd need to go to snooker halls, beer bars, and basketball courts to find some youth who are not keen to be protesting to round out your sample. Otherwise you risk doing the "Chicago Tribune's "Dewey Beats Truman" headline".

Great work Patrick. As far as I can tell. Most are either neutral (normies with coping issues) and anti protesters. If that most of the people, than that's most of the people. The youth are motivated by their passions over logic. Just because they are loud and pissed off, doesn't make their argument and stronger. It's like any relationship, if it's ruled only with passion, it will be hot, no doubt. But you can't eat passion
